Sponsored by the Sri Lanka Automobile Component Manufacturers Association and supported by the Industrial Development Board, the event featured industry leaders who shared their insights and experiences. Training Of Trainers Event

As Sri Lanka looks towards a better future, it’s important that we upskill and develop our trainers. As part of the collaboration between the AIC and the Ministry of Education, a Master Trainer Program was initiated today within the Western Province.
This program is set to provide career guidance and counseling to over 40,000 students in the province. This initiative will enable students to obtain better advice and counseling to identify the correct industry for them, while having a mentor assigned to them to help develop their career.
Launch of the Automobile Business Development & Sustainability Course

The Automobile Industry Council is pleased to announce the successful commencement of our “Automobile Business Development & Sustainability Course,” the first in a series of five seminars designed to advance the automobile industry in Sri Lanka. This inaugural session, held at TVEC, was honored by the presence of Dr. K. A. Lalithadheera as the Chief Guest and was conducted under the esteemed chairmanship of Chartered Automobile Engineer Mr. Ravith Silva. The course is focused on transforming service-based businesses into manufacturing entities to foster growth and sustainability within the industry.
